Finding Compassion: The Way from Our Hearts to Others
|
Discover the Compassion Practice, a transformative mindfulness practice designed to help you nurture care and understanding, starting with yourself and extending out to others.
Cultivate your capacity for compassion — even for those who are difficult to love — with this weekly Compassion Practice group led by trained Compassion Practice facilitators. Through guided meditation, mindfulness, visualization and group sharing, you'll be surprised to find a wellspring of compassion within. We will meet online on Tuesday evenings from January 12th through February 23rd via Zoom. Register once to attend any or all of the Tuesday night sessions! Registration is free! All registrants will receive access to the Zoom link. |
WHAT IS THE COMPASSION PRACTICE? The Compassion Practice, developed by Frank Rogers, Jr., of the Center for Engaged Compassion, is a mindfulness practice and a radical pathway to transformation. Incorporating mindful attention to our internal experience, the Compassion Practice nurtures authentic compassion for others AND ourselves. |
